Delete a member account in the app

1. Open Account in Yeoun.
2. Select Permanently delete account and records.
3. Confirm identity with the current password for an email account or Google re-authentication for a Google account.

Deletion removes email and Google identifiers, authentication data, story progress, relationships, memories, conversation text, and creator drafts.

Delete guest records

Use Start as a new participant or the available record-deletion control. Uninstalling the app alone does not immediately delete a server-side guest record. If you lose both app access and the guest session, the Company may be unable to verify that the record belongs to you.

Delete a member account on the web

Even without the app, verify with the account email and password or its linked Google account, then delete it directly. This restricted verification is used only for deletion and does not require accepting new service or AI-processing terms.

If you lost the verification method, write from the registered email address to admin@team-round.com. We use the minimum additional verification needed.

Data deleted

Account identity and authentication data, story progress and sessions, relationships and memories, conversation text, consent history, creator drafts, and other account-owned operational records are deleted. Deletion cannot be reversed, so export anything you need first.

If you used Creator Studio

Your works are removed from the catalog, search, and public detail pages, and no new customer can start them. A different customer who started a session before deletion may continue using the anonymized published revision pinned to that session. Private drafts, scheduled revisions, and in-progress translation jobs are deleted.

Account deletion cannot complete while creator earnings remain unsettled or a payout request is active. We do not treat deletion as a waiver of earnings. Contact admin@team-round.com to complete settlement, then retry deletion.

If you only want to withdraw consent

You may keep the account while withdrawing AI processing and overseas-transfer consent. New AI conversations then stop, but existing records are not automatically deleted. Use the relevant record controls or account deletion to remove existing conversations, memories, and relationships.

Payments and data that may be retained

Remaining credits become unavailable with account deletion and cannot be recovered. Deleting a Yeoun account does not cancel or refund PLUS in Google Play; manage it in Play first. Payment, cancellation, refund, and consumer-dispute records required by law are separated from the account and retained for the required period, then deleted.
