Creator Rights and Submission Policy

1. Creator ownership

1. Creators retain the rights they lawfully own or control in submitted text, settings, characters, images, and other content. Submission does not transfer ownership or copyright to Round.
2. Copyright in purely AI-generated material may not arise, or may be limited, depending on the country and the human creative contribution. Yeoun does not guarantee copyrightability, exclusivity, originality, or the absence of similar third-party output.

2. Limited service licence

1. During review, publication, and operation, the creator grants Round a limited, non-exclusive licence only as needed to provide Yeoun.
2. This covers storage, reproduction, format conversion, transmission, display, translation, image resizing and cropping, metadata removal, safety and quality review, customer delivery, promotion of the work and creator, disaster recovery, and legal compliance.
3. Round may use hosting, CDN, translation, and review processors only to perform those purposes. The licence is not a transfer of ownership or an independent right to sell the content.
4. Without separate explicit consent, Round does not turn submissions into its own general-purpose AI training dataset or provide them for training as an independent purpose. Content needed to generate responses during a work or Studio AI feature may still be sent to an external AI provider; provider-specific retention and improvement terms are disclosed in AI processing and overseas data transfer.
5. After unpublication, new distribution and promotional use stop. Processing may continue only for existing-session consistency and recovery, legal retention, disputes, and limited backup retention for the relevant purpose and period.

3. Creator warranties

At submission, the creator confirms that:

• they own or control the commercial rights needed for the submission;
• all necessary permissions and licences for third-party rights—including source works, translations, fonts, music, photographs, images, characters, and marks—have been obtained;
• personality, publicity, privacy, name, face, and voice rights involving real people have been cleared;
• the terms of every disclosed AI tool permit the intended commercial use and Yeoun submission; and
• all AI-use and source disclosures are accurate and complete.

Use of an AI tool does not remove the obligation to clear third-party rights.

4. AI and source disclosure

1. The creator identifies AI use as none, assistive, or substantial and lists the tools used.
2. For third-party material, the creator identifies the material, source, and applicable licence or permission.
3. Real people and brands must be separately disclosed with the relevant rights basis.
4. Yeoun may reject submission, publication, or asset approval when disclosures conflict or the rights basis is insufficient.

5. Prohibited submissions

• Content infringing copyright, trade mark, design, personality, publicity, privacy, confidential-information, or other rights
• Content primarily reproducing or creating confusion with a protected work, character, real person’s face, voice, or identity without permission
• False source, permission, or AI-use disclosures, or impersonation of a rights holder
• Circumvention of rejection, deletion, asset review, or immutable publication review

6. Review, publication, and restriction

1. A rights attestation does not cause automatic publication. Quality, safety, and rights review still apply.
2. Only an approved immutable revision is exposed to customers. Material changes require a new revision and review.
3. Yeoun may temporarily restrict new discovery or publication where there is a reasonable rights risk, a sufficiently specific complaint, a legal request, or evidence of a policy violation.

7. Complaints and creator response

1. A rights holder may follow the rights complaint process and identify the affected work or asset and the rights basis.
2. Yeoun may temporarily restrict only the necessary content while reviewing credible evidence and risk of irreparable harm.
3. Unless legally restricted, the creator receives the substance of the complaint and may submit a response showing ownership, permission, non-infringement, or a correction plan.
4. Yeoun may restore the content, require correction and re-review, or keep it unavailable or delete it. Both parties may appeal.

8. Work-specific settlement hold

1. During a rights dispute, only unpaid revenue attributable to the disputed work may be placed in a work-specific settlement hold.
2. Confirmed revenue from unrelated works is not forfeited or automatically held.
3. A restoration releases the hold. Following a final removal, only amounts supported by refunds, chargebacks, damages, or another established recovery basis may be explicitly reversed in the ledger; suspicion alone does not transfer the funds to Yeoun.

9. Repeat infringement

Yeoun may restrict Studio submission or publication after considering the number and severity of established infringements, deliberate circumvention, false attestations, and prior warnings. Except in urgent cases, the creator receives the reason and an appeal route.

10. Contact and changes

Contact admin@team-round.com. Material adverse changes are announced in advance with the effective date and reason, and renewed explicit acceptance is collected where required.
